Terms of ServiceI. General Disclaimers
❀ All inquiries and communication will be through third parties; you will not be in direct contact with me.
❀ I will go through submission forms and choose clients myself.
❀ I choose based on design complexity and whether I feel I can draw the character to satisfaction. Please keep this in mind when submitting a form.
❀ I reserve the right to discontinue a commission at any time. If payment has been fulfilled and I choose to cancel, I will provide a full refund.
❀ Disrespectful behavior and harassment will not be tolerated. Your commission will be cancelled if this occurs.II. Payment❀ Commissions must be paid in full upfront.
❀ Payment is in USD and done through PayPal invoicing.
❀ All commissions are for personal use only; commercial use is not permitted.III. Process and Schedule❀ Client is to fill out a commission form.
❀ If accepted, the client will receive an email notifying them and confirming they wish to proceed.
❀ Invoice will be sent to the client.
❀ Please note the client will not receive sketches or WIPs. I am only offering “Surprise Me!” commissions, which do not allow client input beyond character references and the initial information provided in the form.
❀ Small revisions are permitted once if I miss imperative character details / make any errors for no extra cost.
❀ All commissions are expected to be completed within 1-3 months. If the time exceeds 3 months, you may request a full refund.
❀ A commission queue will be available to clients with progress updates. All clients will receive a number that will represent their commission in the queue.IV. Cancellations and Refunds❀ Full refunds are permitted if the wait time exceeds 3 months.
❀ Due to there being limited commission slots, only a partial refund (25%) is permitted if the client chooses to cancel before the 3 month mark / completion.
❀ No refunds are permitted after the commission is completed.V. Usage and Copyright❀ I retain the rights over commissioned work.
❀ For an additional 20% fee, commissioned work can remain private.
❀ Unless private, I reserve the right to post commissioned work onto my social media.
❀ Unless private, I reserve the right to record, stream, or upload videos of the process of commissioned work.
❀ All characters portrayed in commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
❀ Please provide credit and state the work was paid for when sharing on social media.
❀ If you edit the commissioned work in any way, you must clarify what you changed / added.By submitting a commission application form, you agree to the above terms.
